🕐 Check-in and check-out.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM Please let us know in advance what time you will arrive.

Check-out: before 11:00 AM

🔄 Cancellation policy.

Flexible cancellation policy - 21 days before check-in.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before check-in.

Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 21 days before check-in.

Guests who do not show up will also be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Exceptions to the change and cancellation policy. Penalty deferment.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of booking will not be charged.

Early cancellation. Cancellations made within 8 weeks before check-in will not be charged.

💰 Damage policy.

If you damage the property during your stay, you may be charged up to €100 in damages according to the property rules.

👶 Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots are not available.

Please enter the number of children in your party and their ages when searching for the exact prices and availability.

Extra bed policy.

Extra beds are subject to availability.

The cost of an extra bed is €15 per person per night upon request.

Extra beds are not included in the total cost of the reservation and must be paid for separately during your stay.

The number of extra beds allowed depends on the option selected.

🔇 Peace and behavior.

Parties and events are not allowed

“Quiet hours” - from 22:00 to 09:00

🐾 Pets.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement

👤 Other.

No age restrictions for check-in
